Need space? Our facilities are available!

Various spaces within the Willkie House are available for rent, depending on the needs of your group. Spaces available include:

• Gym: $50 per hour

• Outdoors: $50 per hour (or $30 add-on with another space)

• Recreational Space (downstairs): $30 per hour ($40 per hour June through August)

• Conference/Classroom room: $30 per hour ($10 per additional room)($40 per hour June through August)

• Kitchen (included in gym rentals)

*Tables and chairs can be provided at no additional cost, but renters are responsible for setup and re-storing the items.

*Please consider time needed for setup and cleanup. This time is also subject to the hourly rate. (Example: If you have a one hour event and you need 30 minutes to set up and 30 minutes to clean up, that is a 2-hour rental.)

If you are interested in renting space in Willkie House for your event, please contact us first to confirm the availability of your date and time. Your rental will then be confirmed after you have completed the rental agreement and paid for the rental in full.
